A bit of progress

The knee seems to be improving:

3-hour hike on Sunday
1-hour road ride Monday
2-hour road ride Tuesday
3.5-hour mountain bike ride Wednesday

This sure beats only being able to ride 40 minutes until the pain sets in! We'll see if this fabulous trend continues...

Awesome good to hear! Hiking is really good for me usually. Right now it bothers the achilles but that's getting better.

Hiking/running is definitely going to be added to my training plan after the Divide. I have too many muscles that aren't being properly developed by cycling alone.
